THEOREMS

1. Cancellation Law for Addition: Let $abc$ be $\mathbb{R}$. If $a+b=a+c$ then $b=c$.
2. Cancellation Law for Multiplication: Let $abc$ be $\mathbb{R}$. If $ab=ac$ then $b=c$.
3. Theorem 3: For all $a$ E $\mathbb{R}$, $a=(-(-a))$.
4. Zero Product Property: If $ab-0$, then $a=0$ OR $b=0$.
